Forget-Me-Not Baskets provides items of grief support, comfort and remembrance to families who have experienced a loss during pregnancy, birth or soon after.

Forget-Me-Not Baskets is based in Wooster, Ohio and partners with hospitals and obstetrics offices throughout Ohio and beyond. Our baskets contain items for moms, dads, siblings and grandparents.
